Dr. Barnes received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Manhattan College (N.Y.), his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, his Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Air University, and his Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University.
